Slow to get credits

This app is very good and my daughter loves it but the amount of time it takes to process an in app purchase is insane! Our first in app purchase of 10 credits took nearly a month to show up and now we are on our second 10 credit purchase and they have yet to show up 3 weeks later!! Its very frustrating to have to wait for books to read. Other than this major glitch the app is fun and the illustrations and stories are beautiful. I especially love the record feature and the sound effects on each page. It would have gotten 5/5 except for the glitch.
