Lost money, books dissappear!!

When I upgraded my phone all the books I had just disappeared. I contacted Disney and they said they reloaded my credits so I can repurchase the books, but the credits never showed. I emailed them a second at third time and they verified the credits were there but no credits in my app. Never got the books back, not worth the time.
