Great app!stories are nice and long,my son will actually sit still on my lap while we watch these books as theyre read to us:)

So the menu and buttons look great...everything does in fact until you open a book and see the blurry text and pictures. Surprised and disappointed for a Disney app. I have money ready to spend on these ebooks but will do so when I dont have to squint.

But only in english! Would be awesome if has an option to choose from another language .

I like the concept and want to buy more books but I cannot figure out how to pay for them/get credits. There is not enough information in the help button to help me figure it out either. Oh well, try another app.

When the app worked, it was pretty good. Some of the books lost sound of some of the pages. So when we installed the app, we lost all of the purchased content. I am not spending another 17 dollars to buy books that I just bought less then 24 hours ago. That is why I am only giving it 1 star. I will change my rating depending on the hassle I get from Disney!

I downloaded this app for my niece and nephew. They love books and this was an easy way for them to hear my voice reading them books since they live so far away. It is worth spending the money knowing that I can help them learn how to read even when I cant be with them.

This app is very good and my daughter loves it but the amount of time it takes to process an in app purchase is insane! Our first in app purchase of 10 credits took nearly a month to show up and now we are on our second 10 credit purchase and they have yet to show up 3 weeks later!! Its very frustrating to have to wait for books to read. Other than this major glitch the app is fun and the illustrations and stories are beautiful. I especially love the record feature and the sound effects on each page. It would have gotten 5/5 except for the glitch.

I got this app for my little brother, because he really loves words and letters, but especially cars. It disappointed me how he accidentally bought some girls books that he didnt like, of course. Can you update it so I can restore the purchase and buy him some "better" books? Else than that, I absolutely love it. Nice interface! Its great for kids to learn! :)

Bought ten story credits, and now they have disappeared after buying one book ( which is also MIA).

I purchased 27 credits and downloaded to my ipad, now my daughter has her own ipad and we cannot transfer the purchases to her ipad. I need to remove the app from my ipad and i cant, otherwise i loose all the books i downloaded. Be aware!!!

I purchased 10 story credits on my ipad, only to find out that they did not transfer to my sons ipad and thus can ONLY be used on my ipad...buyer beware.

You need real money to donload books

Why can you not restore purchases? Had to restore daughters iPod after taking it to the Apple store. Now there is no way to restore the purchased books, over $20 worth. Will be calling the app help line tomorrow. Btw to those complaining about not being able to use across multiple devices, your wrong, you can do that. To do it, press the parents button, press the help tab, scroll down and you will see a button that says sync this device with iCloud. I will give 5 stars if i can restore my purchases, otherwise this app is garbage and you should stay very far away from it. Buyer beware.

I recently updated the app and now it is not working on our first generation iPad even though its says compatible with iOS 5. Was a great app but not if I can not get it to work again.

The content of the books might be fine, but using the app is a pain. Very unintuitive, no download progress to tell you when a book will be done download and ready to read, and appears to be no way to restore purchases. Waste of time.

I cant earn credits how to earn credits

None of the books in the windows are loading as well as my bookshelf. What can I do

I bought a pack for all the books and now keep getting a message that says "the certificate for the server is invalid....." And cant redeem for books.

Used to work, now there is an error every time you try and BUY a new book?? There are dozens of the same complaint all over the internet; curious why it hasnt been addressed.

Purchased the app, it would not sync to other devices and then on the original device, books stopped loading and I could not use the remaining credits. Got my refund from the Apple Store. What a big waste of time.
