Its not working

Purchased credits and tried to download stories. Its not working.
This thing swallowed my credits and none of the stories downloaded. Cannot see the remaining credits on other iPhone on this account.
CERTAINLY DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM DISNEY PRODUCT.
