Recommended with reservations

It has been over 14 months since this app was last updated. I dont know if it is a dead app or not now.

That being said, I have used it for >2 years and have accumulated quite a library. I like the stories for the kids. I also like the choice to have the computer read, me to read, or my recorded voice to read. We purchased the Phillips Hue Storylight which works well. My 5 year doesnt find the light very interesting anymore but the 2 year loves it!!

I maintain this app and all of its content exclusively on a 2nd generation iPad 64gb (kid only now) and expect to lose all of my content when that bites the dust.

I too had syncing problems. With about 3 weeks of back and forth between tech support and myself, my purchases were restored. Sync with extreme caution.
