My 4yr old loves this app. My main gripe is theres no parental control when it comes to using credits. Also the controls clash with the top menu bar of the phone. Hard to turn pages and make recordings bc of it. -update- 2 years later and no updates in over a year. Wish they would at least announce its dead. We switched phones and contacted support about transferring the purchases (my phones didnt have the cloud option) and was up and running in a few days. Not sure why so many are having problems restoring. Just contact support and you may need to send them a copy of your receipt.

It does NOT sync between devices and when I contacted Disney for help, they wanted proof I purchased books. After sending the proof that I spent $48 on books, I never heard from them again.

Its it possible to get a refund or at least get all my books back.?

Had spent a considerable amount of time recording our own voices for several stories. One day, they were all just gone. No updates or changes or storage issues - just a buggy app. A bit disappointed..

Read review before buying app. Here are my complaints about this app. - half of the box for hue light does not show on iPad. It does not connect with hue light either. - story keeps skipping during read to me. - screen goes blank during story time. - app is very unstable. Please address bugs with this app.

Does not sync on iCloud. After spending a ton on stories, one day all disappeared. Cannot recover, waiting for Disney to respond and not hopeful.

We bought 10 credits and cant redeem them. Daughter wants a book and tries to buy with a credit but we get an error that says the servers are pretending to be someone else and our personal Info is at risk. Scary

Ive had this app for a couple years and my daughter loves it. However, yesterday all the books but 3 randomly disappeared as if Ive never bought them... I deleted the app and tried to reinstall in through my iCloud and theyre gone... I tried to buy them again, it took my money and didnt give me credits... So Im out all the books and $40 now..

I have 3 credits, but each time I try to purchase a book, it says that the server is invalid. Fix this!

Does not sync, lost purchased books and no support from developer!!

Lost all purchases after an I pad restore. Spent 40 dollars and now have nothing to show for it.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I attempted in-app purchases on 2 different devices and paid over $50 with nothing to show for it. Apple charged my account and I still have 0 credits in the app. I have emailed Apple support and Disney and Im waiting to hear back. I recommend that you stay away from this app until they get the bugs fixed.

I paid 18.99 and have yet to receive any credits. And its impossible to find anything to help me figure out how to remedy.

I purchased the 2 credits for 7.99 and have yet to receive my credits. Who do I contact about this?

I purchased 14 credits, bought 4 books, then the app gave me several errors saying that it was the incorrect server and wouldnt let me use my coins to get new books. I deleted and reinstalled from the cloud... And it lost all my books and credits!!! I have no idea how to get them back!!

My four year old really likes this app, but it has NEVER let me buy credits for more books. From the other reviews it sounds like thats a blessing. Stay away. This app is crap.

My daughter loves this app so I tried to buy her more books and it took my money but will not show me that I have credits to get her more books. Please fix and give credit.

This app stole our money and did not give us the token credits for new books! I have submitted problem reports and have got nothing back!

Syncing has resulted in losing almost all our purchased books. Try explaining to a toddler why he cant read his stories anymore.

Worked for awhile but now all purchased books are gone as well as tokens purchased. Still trying to get credit from Apple support. Apple help is also a joke!!!
