Bought all the books. Now cannot load any of them. All credits gone!!! Searched online literally 1,000 complaints of the exact same issue. DO NOT BUY THIS...Disney should be sued to refund all purchases. Apple should be equally embarrassed for not pulling it from the store.

What a pain if you want your purchases restored!!! Had to go through 5 years worth of itunes receipts to find the spots where you bought credits with this app!! Many apps have the ability to restore purchases when you change devices!! This one needs to reinvent the app so you can do this!!

Purchased all the books several months ago and now they wont even show up as purchased and have to spend more money on books I have already purchased! Definitely a scam! Disney should be ashamed for taking from people. Save your money and do not buy into this app!

DO NOT INSTALL. WASTE OF TIME / MONEY! This app will charge you for credits (in app purchase) and then it won’t deliver them to you. When you contact support about it they’ll just shrug and do nothing to solve the problem.

Have purchased two sets of credits to buy books and they never showed up. I have been billed. Contacted support and told to contact someone else and no response at all. So disappointed with this app.

The app was working fine and we were able to play the free books that come with the app. Then We bought 2 credits and we were billed for them. Not only did the credits not load into the app, but even the free books stopped working. We tried to uninstall and install the app again and it wouldnt even download anymore. Not sure who is going to get us the 10 dollars back. Do not use this app.

I downloaded this app as we been gifted the Disney Story Time light (made by Phillips) that works with it. Purchased 5 credits to have more stories- however the credits did not appear on my app. I contacted the app customer service and they are aware of the issue but have no estimate of when it will be resolved- so offered me a refund (through iTunes) or offered me story time central credits instead-however storytime central does not work with the light. I have had my money refunded through iTunes. Im disappointed that we cant obtain more stories that will work with the expensive Disney story time light. Hope Disney can fix the glitch in the app- my daughter loves it!

I spent $25.99 on getting 12 book credits then it stopped working after I used 8. Contacted Disney but no fix in sight. It was suggested that I use Disney Story Central and the rep said he could move the credits over for me. This still means the stories are now on two different apps.

Bought the packs of coins in order to have more books... Payment went through... But NO coins for buying books!!! Scam??

Like many other reviews I too had problems when I try to back up to iCloud. I contacted the help line via the link within the app. I was contacted right away and was told that they would help me recover my lost stories. They have since launched a new app, Disney story central. They also gave me a code to use all of my tokens on new books within this app. While this current app may have bugs the new one is great and Disney is fantastic with their customer support!

Bought credits in app to buy books but it never appeared in my account and its charged me 7 dollars on my card. Never buy anything in this app

They have a bug and they need to fix it. It is a great app but the authors need to invest more into it.

All the icons say "load error" and books dont sync across devices. Waste of money.

Theres not much I can say that hasnt already been mentioned in other reviews. A "server error" is apparently responsible for the books I purchased disappearing from my device. At least thats the only line I get from their technical support. So much for Disney magic - unless they meant magically disappearing.

It was awesome at first. Now its horrid. Missing icons for pictures and impossible to figure what you own and dont own. Not sure who came up with the design ideas for this app. A big disappointment.

For an app to offer so many in app purchases and no way to restore them is unconscionable. Even after many complaints the app still has no restore purchases option. Horrible app and a waste of money, which is quite unfortunate because my kid loves it. I would recommend everyone stay away from this app until it has a restore purchase option.

When I upgraded my phone all the books I had just disappeared. I contacted Disney and they said they reloaded my credits so I can repurchase the books, but the credits never showed. I emailed them a second at third time and they verified the credits were there but no credits in my app. Never got the books back, not worth the time.

I wish I knew ahead of time that Disney was not going to keep up with the software updates. I would have never made this purchase.

The characters dont load. The stories constantly loose audio. Good concept terrible execution!
