What a terrible misleading app. Thought I was buying bedtime stories for my granddaughter. No, its just an app you pay for with nothing in it until you spend more money for the overpriced stories that you thought it came with. Dont waste your money. So disappointed.

Was a great app, but now none of the books load and the character icons on the top banner are all blank. How do I get this updated?? I paid for books and still have credits left! Please fix

I used to be able to restore purchased books. That ability seems to have disappeared! How do I get the books back that I spent money for?

Wont sync between devices. Characters will not load. All books load not just purchased. Very disappointed.

Disney Storytime App is inefficient in which it works. As other reviews state: HAVE ICLOUD ON BEFORE PURCHASE! I purchased the 5 story coin. The stories I purchased were not syncing with my other device for my other child, when I turned on iCloud for syncing, my stories ERASED! I am working with Disney currently to get my refund or new coin. PURCHASE BOOKS THROUGH DISNEY STORY CENTRAL INSTEAD! It uses an online interface where you log into your “Disney Account” online and you can then use books that way. I have not used disney central much yet, so READ reviews, however the fact that you log into an account and purchase books vs. purchasing books through an app in my view is better. Purchased credits and tried to download stories. Its not working. This thing swallowed my credits and none of the stories downloaded. Cannot see the remaining credits on other iPhone on this account. CERTAINLY DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM DISNEY PRODUCT.

My app hasnt loaded properly for over 6 months. Please provide an update to the app on my iPad. Also please add more stories. If you will not continue to develop the app then please issue a full refund as I have 27 unused tokens and 8 already purchased books. App works great on iPhone but not iPad please fix the bugs.

There are so terribly many bugs in this program that you shouldnt buy it. My grand daughter and grandson love it, but most of the time it doesnt work. With the Disney brand behind it you would think they would make sure it was up to snuff!!

I bought 5 credits upon downloading the app and it took over a week. A glitch I was promised by the Disney service team, and if I had complaints, I was told to take it up with iTunes. Now, I try to sync my books across devices and I lose the books. There are better options out there until Disney gets their act together. Furthermore, I couldnt sync across family devices (e.g. my wifes and my own even though we have family sharing.) I think this is due to how Disney saves books in the cloud drive, but nonetheless, it seems like a critical missed feature.

Purchased this app for my daughters and it works great with the first 3 books that came free. After purchasing $40 in credits for the App I let my girls pick 2 books each. None of them worked. As soon as they begin to load the App closes! So over and over and over again we tried to read The books and none ever opened. i tried restarting app and my iPad, re-syncing and re-downloading from the cloud didnt help either. Theres no help in the Help section of the app or on the developers site for this problem. I feel like Ive completely wasted my money and more than that, my girls are really disappointed.

It has been over 14 months since this app was last updated. I dont know if it is a dead app or not now. That being said, I have used it for >2 years and have accumulated quite a library. I like the stories for the kids. I also like the choice to have the computer read, me to read, or my recorded voice to read. We purchased the Phillips Hue Storylight which works well. My 5 year doesnt find the light very interesting anymore but the 2 year loves it!! I maintain this app and all of its content exclusively on a 2nd generation iPad 64gb (kid only now) and expect to lose all of my content when that bites the dust. I too had syncing problems. With about 3 weeks of back and forth between tech support and myself, my purchases were restored. Sync with extreme caution.

I bought my son a new iPad and loaded this app but it will not restore purchases no matter how many methods tried... I also noticed that his old iPad updated this app and lost its books and credit. I no longer have the original downloaded version on my iPad which I made the purchase from. I feel swindled for money and sad my son has to go through this. I found my receipt but I am not sure if itll help.

Where are the arrows. Super frustrating!

I purchased credits through the app for my son to get some books. The credits have not showed up in the app. Ive tried restarting the iPad and reinstalling the app and nothing NG works!!! Extremely disappointed! Dont waste your money!!!

Nothing loads and I have bought how many books and now they are all gone, and there are a few that have been "downloading" for a few weeks now. I never would have bought the app or the books if I knew how terrible it was!

We lost all our books we purchased when I upgraded to the iPhone 6. I purchased some of them again and lost them after the software update. Disney is ALL about the dollar!!!

Warning, these are very cute, but if you get a new device you will lose them. Ridiculous that every other Disney app has restore purchases and this one does not. iCloud sync does not work and, shocker, I dont have my exact iTunes receipts for every freaking book I bought. Such a disappointment!

Feedback update. Owned this app for 2 years. Storytime library is gone again after iOS 9 update. Previously, I lost my library after iOS 8 update which Disney Guest Services and iTunes Customer Service helped me get a re-credit of my 17 lost books. After a second time losing library I recommend NOT buying the app. To resolve this issue one needs to send DGS proof of purchase to re-credit because there is NO RESTORE purchase option in settings.
